Visit any supermarkets or shopping malls. When you get your billing done and come out of the counter you will be welcomed b some guys holding a pen and a slip. He tells you to fill the form and get 10% discount when you shop again. Or it could be some lucky draw where you have to fill all your information and drop into the box to get a gift. Why they are doing so? Are they fool to ask you to fill some details to get some gifts?
Your personal information is very much important to them. Just think, if they are giving some discount for your personal information; it means information you have provided will be more valuable than that discount. They ask you to fill name, contact number, occupation, income, family members and education in common. They segregate the data and use these data for marketing their products. If there is a small car to be launched they will select the potential buyers from the list and contact them. It reduces mass advertising. This again saves in millions. Your personal information is of million rupees value for them.

Private Data: Fundamental Right or Asset?
Personal Data are getting much more importance in present business world. Every company look on reaching targeted customers. To do so, they need personal data. Age, occupation, mobile number, income and social status are important information upon which the target can be reached. These data are assets for a commercial organization. At the same time privacy is a fundamental right. You might have received number of blind calls from telemarketers if you have not registered National Do Not Disturb registry (See whether your mobile is registered for So Not Disturb read my previous article) This registry has been established to protect your privacy and keep you away from disturbing marketing calls.
In Europe privacy is fundamental right. UK has separate legislation for data protection under Data Protection Act 1998. This legistlation protects data from being misused, unauthorized use, unfair processing of data and collecting personal data by unlawful means. This protects the database market, more than that it protects privacy of the customer.
But in USA, Private data is treated as a commodity. They have future value. You can fill some discount forms to get discount by selling your personal data in some hyper malls. Then you start receiving SMS alerts on new offers! The data can be used for commercial activity. Safe Harbour Principles of USA protects personal data. Consumer has all the right to protect his data, he has the right to restrict the use and disclosure of the personal information. It prevents using data for the purpose other than specified. This means, if you have posted your resume in some job site, you won't get call from Sharekhan to market their online trading account.
Both the theories are right in their arguments. Many companies are now respecting your personal data. Some sites take your personal details up to your bank account. TRUSTe and Safe Harbour logos could be visible on these sites. There are some websites which asks your email address and fill your inbox with spam mails. What you think? Is your personal information is your fundamental right or goods that can be sold?

End of a Hot Indian Tennis Era
Sania Mirza, a tennis player, before that a hot sports girl, still precisely a Sexy Muslim lady now completely disappeared from the WTA top list. Shall we call now it as the end of the hot Indian tennis era? If I remove the word 'Indian' to make her world tennis 'figure' somebody reading it out of India and Pakistan may ask who she is! If I keep 'Indian' my beloved Indians may put an objection! She is loosing the matches and exiting from the first round after her marriage. Also now she is emotionally exited from India. Sania Mirza's era is now over and finally a poor girl who is capable of appearing on the front pages for different sports; Saina Nehwal is now getting attention. Thanks to Sania to make an dirty exit!
I'm not much interested and following tennis as an addict. But I too follow it as a news, as a sports. When I searched for common opinion about this hot lady (Some what I am reluctant to keep the word tennis player) most of them are her fans just because of her hotness while in the court or in some TV ads, not for her achievements in tennis. This could also be the reason that media made her a celebrity despite of her no such achievements in tennis. Somebody rightly said "not a good player but a good looking girl. If she enters bollywood she gets 'huge' success. She is mediocre at best". I feel these opinions are true also.
India wanted sports heroes apart from cricket. We never treat sports other than cricket as a sports. Luckily Sania Mirza rose to the level of within 50 of WTA rankings(27 in singles and 18 in doubles). She was/is hot. Our newspapers always in need of hot photographs for their sport pages. Sania filled it. If she was there in Russia, Spain, America, Czech she might not have heard of as a tennis player for her WTA ranking and her standards of playing. She lacks ability, fitness, speed, power and temperament; she could not have even recognized as a player if she was not in India. If she was not born in any of the Muslim countries, she could not have played tennis, if played she could not have recognized as she would not wear short skirt there.
Indian girls also never accepted her as motivation to come out of classroom and participate in sports. Her effect on these girls ended there at beauty shops to wear big ornaments on there nose and to get breast implant!
The above picture is taken when she was watching Rohan Bopanna play in the 2008 Hopman Cup. What else than this picture can explain her marriage with Pakistani Player?
Interestingly, a comment in one of the online discussion forum: "Sania Mirza is the best Indian tennis player. She is also a good cricket player and should replace Sourav Ganguly in the next match." Now she can replace some Pakistani Cricket Players also!!

Funny audio transcribe in Youtube
Recently I noticed another feature added in Youtube, largest online video server to transcribe the audios of the videos. This is based on Google's voice recognition.
You can notice a button marked CC at the bottom of the player as shown in the picture. Clock on this and select transcribe audio beta, you will be able to see the captions at the bottom as you see in movies. There are quite a many language options are also there under translate captions I have not tested. The above picture is taken from the movie Before Sunrise. I have observed a lot many mistakes in the captions. Youtube tells this feature is under test.
But this transcribe feature is far from perfect yet. More than 75% of the texts are wrong and funny. It gives some unrelated word as captions and makes it funny. Many a times it just gives some random words which are really funny. You can also experience it once. Click on the picture above to see it enlarged and you will get to know how to get the captions.

Another Act of Nityananda's Drama: Kerosene for 'Panchagni'
Have you ever seen any Hindu rituals have used kerosene for flame? Or have you ever use Kerosene to flame sacred Agni for any Poojas at your house? You use ghee for this purpose as you believe it is a product of Sacred Cow. But in Bidadi, in Paramahamsa Nitananda's Ashram they use kerosene for Panchagni Vrath. Firstly the concept of Panchagni to get rid of all the sins to cleanse and purify himself was a drama. It was just to fool the people again. At least he could have used ghee for the flame. How can you believe a Swami who uses kerosene for Panchagni. It is very easy to flame kerosene than ghee, Nityananda's followers might have thought. How can you tell they won't use spirit to lit the flame if they perform it in private. Panchagni means flame at 5 sides, all four side and on head, as sun rays. For this he need not waited until the morning, he could have used 5 electric bulbs! Electric bulbs are far better than kerosene. If you don't believe it see the photograph (Courtesy: One India). How long can he go on fooling us?

So, who is the merchant of death?
It was during the Gujarat assembly election in 2007 the dictator of Congress Mrs Sonia Gandhi called Narendra Modi as merchant of death- maut ka saudagar. She called Modi a merchant of death for the 2002 riots in the state in the aftermath of the Godhra train carnage. Later it became a big issue of the campaign and BJP took the full advantage of these words. Now Mr Modi has sent the words back to Mrs Gandhi. This time Soniaji is not in the position to defend herself or the party or her expired husband Rajiv Gandhi by revealing the truth of who is the real maut ka saudagar. Modi's question is "Why is Sonia Gandhi silent on her party and government's failure in ensuring justice to the Bhopal gas tragedy victims? Now will she explain who is the maut ka saudagar?,"
To be with the facts it is the congress which is the real maut ka saudagar. It was the failure of the central government and Madhya Pradesh state government to handle the Bhopal case. There is not a single person to be blamed on this issue. Credit of Bhopal tragedy goes to the entire system called Congress Party. From Rajiv Gandhi to Arjun Singh; if they are keen to provide the justice it could not have happened. The case had not stretched like a chewing gum. Not only in this case, there are many incidents where congress is acting as the merchant of death. Punjab Riots directly points to congress. The case is not yet resolved, the survivals are still waiting for the justice. The genocide in Kashmir is due to the sins of Mr Nehru and his subsequent family members. Nehru did the Himalayan blunder. Even today the central government does not want to tackle the menace of nexalites. They enjoy doing cabinet meetings after the every nexal attacks and murder of hundreds of soldiers, police and civilians. Obviously it is the responsibility of Mrs Gandhi to tell who is the merchant of death?

Veena Stores - Malleswaram's Food Destination
Veena Stores- A very small but popular veg restaurant is situated at 15th cross, Margosa road Malleswaram Bangalore opposite to BSNL office. This was my daily food destination for m breakfast. My office was at 15th Cross, Sampige Road which is just 100 Meters away from it. My bike always used to stop at the nearby parking space while going to office. There would always be five to ten in a queue to get the food. Some time it lasted to twenty people then I had to go for other restaurant. You can imagine the popularity.
You can add different variety of foods into your breakfast here. I never had same stuff twice a week. Very tasty food here is Idli with coconut chutney. There is no sambar available for Idli. Idlis are very smooth you can taste it with crispy vada along with chutney. Avalakki is also very tasty as it is cooked in abundant ghee. You can have the combination of sweet and khara pongal. Bisibele Bath is little spicy and good for Bangalore's chilled morning weather. Kharabath, Kesaribath, Chow Chow bath and Shawige Bath all are unique in their taste. Vermicelli upma- Shawige Bath is rich in ghee and coconut testes good with chuntey.
The shop opens at 6am to 11am and 4pm to 8pm. If you are visiting Malleshwaram at these hours never forget to visit Veena Stores. If you are at Cafe Coffee Day just move further in the one way take second left, you will reach Margosa Road. Park your vehicle opposite to Karnataka Bank and look for crowd over there. Yes, that is Veena Stores where my daily break fast was served.

Christian Missionaries Buy Religion
If you are traveling from Goa, Karwar or Gokarn to Bangalore through night bus the bus will stop at a calm place called Mavinagundi near Jogfalls. There are a number of small shops which are open 24 hours beside the road. I’m traveling this way since six years and always delighted with the service of these shops as they never cheated their customer. They are all village people and happy with their work and earnings.
This time it was a shocking. In the last 2 shops at both side of the road were now belongs to Christians. These people have been converted to Christian by the power of money. They have been given monitory benefits to get their religion change. In other words the great Christian missionaries have bought the religion of these people. So now their shops are little improved. Never think they will improve more and their shops will be a star hotel. The agents of the missionaries’ works are over. They have been paid and those who have been converted also been paid.

Bipasha Basu hot for New York Lotto TV ad
It was in 1999, when Bipasha Basu was just entered the modeling field and has no fame of bollywood actress. She went topless for a American TV ad which was told to be filmed in India. This commercial was filmed for New York Lotto. Bipasha Basu was in a contract with the New York-based Ford modeling agency at that time. The ad is directed by Ken Nahoum. The video is posted online by Tommy Kane, who was the art illustrator for this ad. However this ad was not telecasted in the TV channels. Officials of Bipasha Basu also agreed that she went nude for this TV ad as an international assignment.
You Tube has not deleted this ad as there is no direct nudity. You can not see her nude in this video. Her co-actress can see it. But you can feel and tell without doubt she went topless for this TV commercial. Her topless body is shown through her shoulders from the back.
