Are you a Secularist?

Sharing a mail I recieved with you.
Are you a Secularist? Then please answer these questions ,
1. There are nearly 52 Muslim countries. Show one Muslim country which provides Haj subsidy.
2. Show one Muslim country where Hindus are extended the special rights that Muslims are accorded in India?
3. Show one Muslim country which has a Non-Muslim as its President or PrimeMinister.
4. Show one country where the 85% majority craves for the indulgence of the 15% minority.
5. Show one Mullah or Maulvi who has declared a 'fatwa' against terrorists.
6. Hindu-majority Maharashtra, Bihar, Kerala,Pondicherry, etc. Have in the past elected Muslims as CMs; Can you ever imagine a Hindu becoming the CM of Muslim - majority J&K?
7. Today Hindus constitute 85% of the Indian population. If Hindus are intolerant, how come Masjids and Madrassas are thriving? How come Muslims are offering Namaz on the road? How come Muslims are proclaiming 5 times a day on loudspeakers that there is no God except Allah?
8. When Hindus gave to Muslims 30% of Bharat for a song, why should Hindus now beg for their sacred places at Ayodhya, Mathura and Kashi?
9. Why temple funds are spent for the welfare of Muslims and Christians, when they are free to spend their money in any way they like?
10. When uniform is made compulsory for school children, whythere is no Uniform Civil Code for citizens?
11. In what way, J&K is different from Maharashtra, TamilNadu or Uttar Pradesh, to have article 370?
12. Why did Gandhiji support the Khilafat Movement (nothing to do with our freedom movement) and what did he get in turn ?
13. Why did Gandhiji object to the decision of the cabinet and insisted that Somnath Temple should be reconstructed out of public fund, and not with government funds; when in January 1948, he presurrised Nehru and Patel to carry on renovation of the mosques of Delhi at government expenses?
14. If Muslims & Christians are minorities in Maharashtra,UP, Bihar etc., are Hindus not minorities in J&K, Mizoram, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya etc.? Why are Hindus denied minority rights in these states?
15. Do you admit that Hindus do have problems that need to be recognized. Or, do you think that those who call themselves Hindus are themselves the problem?
16. Why has post-Godhra been blown out of proportion, when no-one talks of the ethnic cleansing of 4 lakh Hindus from Kashmir?
17. In 1947, when India was partitioned, the Hindu population in Pakistan was about 24%. Today it is not even 1%. In 1947, the Hindu population in East Pakistan (now Bangladesh) was 30%. Today it is about 7%. What happened to the missing Hindus? Do Hindus have human rights at all?
18. In contrast, in India, the Muslim population has gone up from 10.4% in 1951 to about 14% today; whereas the Hindu population has come down from 87.2% in 1951 to 85% in 1991. Do you still think that Hindus are fundamentalists?
19. Do you consider that -
--->Sanskrit is communal and Urdu is Secular,
--->Mandir is Communal and Masjid is Secular,
--->Sadhu is Communal and Imam is Secular,
--->BJP is communal and Muslim League is Secular,
--->Dr. PraveenBhai Togadia is ANTI-NATIONAL and Bhukari is Secular,
--->Vande Matharam is communal and Allah-O-Akbar is secular,
--->Shriman is communal and Mian is secular,
--->Hinduism is Communal and Islam is Secular,
--->Hindutva is communal and Jihadism is secular, and at last,
--->Bharat is communal and Italy is Secular?
20. When Christian and Muslim schools can teach Bible and Quran, Why can't Hindus teach Gita or Ramayan?
21. Abdul Rehman Antuley was made a trustee of the famous Siddhi Vinayak Temple in Prabhadevi, Mumbai. Can a Hindu - say Mulayam or Laloo - ever become a trustee of a Masjid or Madrassa?
22. Dr. Praveenbhai Togadia has been arrested many times on flimsy grounds. Has the Shahi Imam of Jama Masjid, Delhi, Ahmed Bhukari been arrested for claiming to be an ISI agent an d advocating partition ofBharat?
23. When Haj pilgrims are given subsidy, why Hindu pilgrims to Amarnath, Sabarimalai & Kailash Mansarovar are extra taxed

Watching TV is more dangerous than watching Eclipse

On 15th January we experienced a most exiting solar eclipse in terms of science and also in terms of the reaction of the people. The Bangalore was calm. There was unannounced Bundh in the city. There were hardly a few autos in the street of busy Malleshwaram. I had given my bike for servicing in the morning. They called me to get delivery of bike at 2’O clock where earlier I used to get it next morning. My office was empty. Even during some protests it used to be crowded. I was just chit chatting with my colleagues all the day. This was the scenery of the day of complete solar eclipse.

Schools were closed, people where busy watching TVs in their souses. A cash pick up guy called the bank and told he will not going to pick the cash because its eclipse. He also told it’s on his sun sign and he has to chant. Not answerable on the phone.

Watching TVs has become more dangerous than watching eclipse itself. Hundreds of TV channels are not telecasting speeches of Astrologists. You can talk then over phone and get answer for your doubts. They just want their TRPs to be increased. Emotional ways of increasing TRPs have always worked. So they will tell you that solar eclipse has impact on your sun sign and you have to chant all the day. Some people even went further to tell if a pregnant lady vomits and wipes her mouth during eclipse she will get a baby whose lips will be half cut! No one dare to come out and watch eclipse that they could enjoy once in their life time. They think they will have bad effect if they won’t chant. Thus they loose one opportunity to view a wonderful event of the nature. Watching TV spoils an opportunity making you frightened.

Even I did not take food during eclipse. It’s not because I believed the suggestion of some astrologists on the news channels. It’s just because the hotels nearby my office were closed!

ISKCON LTD is a good investment Choice

If you are looking for a better investment option ISKCON LTD will be a good choice!! It is not a real investment guide. An imagination if ISKCON goes for IPO and becomes a limited company which will never happen!!

ISKCON is running recession free business using Indian God Sri Krishna. Even if the recession attacks other businesses the Krishna Consciousness will arise in the recession hit people and hence ISKCON will continue to give good performance. Only a small part which might hit id fund raising activity though it will sustain as it has other way of fund raising apart from corporate donations.

ISKCON is running very innovative business. Even from the god to Prasadam! You might find Lord Krishna, Lord Narasimha some where near your house. But ISKCON gods are innovative products as they are Radha Krishna Chandra, Prahlada Narasimha etc. Even customers also get confused that they are different gods from what they usually see.

ISKCON has variety of Pasadam. It starts from simple Pngal to Gobi Manchurian. They have cakes, donuts, fizzas. Sometime the temple visitors get confused and visit the temple on the eve of Christmas. Music also very different and hears like rock band. The youth are targeted in this way and business is focused to be achieving further heights.

They are also investing in real estate. They are building Theme Park, Krishna Lila Park and are going to open their own super markets there. They already have their supermarket inside the temple. Market yard is hundred times more than the worshiping area which is their main business. From food to food grains, music to books, readymade dress to fancy item are available there.

Mid day meal program is also running successfully where in even government and some other major MNCs have their shares. In spite of number of cases and blames by the authorities it is being praised a lot by the general public.

ISKCON might be the first corporate office which is open to the general public.

Money lost in the mid way of data transfer

Money!! If you imagine hard notes when some body tells the word money, consider you are still in the age of you grand father’s. Today money is in the form of electronic data. It is there in Banks computers, in your credit card, in your internet banking account. If you loose these data, you will loose your money.

With this brief idea, let me tell an incident. I usually recharge my prepaid mobile and pay bill through my internet banking account. I was recharging my mobile and I was redirected to my bank’s website from the mobile recharging portal. I clicked on pay button and confirmed the payment with my passwords. The information flow from the bank’s site to the payee site not happened and the recharge was not done. That means the mobile company did not get the amount. But the bank has already paid the amount. It was deducted from my account. Then, where is the money? It was lost with the data! That money was useless for that particular time until the communication error I corrected and refunded bank to the account!

Now consider the implication. Let the amount be little low, say a ten thousand rupees. Let the time taken to refund the amount be 5 day. When the bank calculates the interest for his account for the month this amount will not be considered and will not be paid. So he will loose three rupees. If it is just in the case of SB account which has lowest interest, what will be the implication of such money lost in the mid way through out the country?

I can easily say if the total amount lost in the data transfer for a day is pooled into BSE to purchase some share it BSE will gain at least a hundred points
